Part of the GLA's Mayor's Good Work Standard series. A brand film telling the Co-operative Bank's story as a London employer committed to ethical business, fair work and inclusive growth.
The approach
A contributor-led approach built around real Co-op Bank colleagues in real branches. We worked closely with GLA and Co-op stakeholders to identify the right voices, then built a shoot plan that let conversation lead the visuals. Audio first, picture second.
The shoot
A multi-location shoot across Co-op Bank branches and offices. Scripted interview setups balanced with observational coverage of customer interactions, day-to-day banking, and the wider high-street context.
