Farringdon Underground Station is located in the heart of Central London and is known as a busy interchange point for thousands of bustling commuters each day.
Despite undergoing multiple upgrades in the past, Farringdon Underground Station was in need of a major overhaul to accommodate the increase in passenger traffic expected as a result of the opening of the new Elizabeth line (formerly Crossrail).
We were asked to visit the underground station during the construction stages of the project and, upon completion, to capture footage of the construction works, renovation, and finally of the completed and refurbished underground station and brand new Elizabeth Line. Ahead of the doors imminently re-opening to many excited and intrigued London commuters, we were lucky enough to interview some of the brilliant minds behind the project!
