In today’s competitive job market, standing out as the employer of choice is more important than ever. To attract the best talent, companies need to communicate their values, workplace culture and employee experiences in a compelling way. Drax Group approached us to create a Hero Video for their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaign that would celebrate their diverse workforce and showcase what it’s truly like to work for Drax across various locations worldwide.
We knew that the best way to capture the essence of Drax’s global presence and diverse roles was through real employee voices. Our team worked closely with Drax to craft a bespoke script that would showcase these team members authentically. We planned an entire production which took us to four different countries – England, Scotland, Canada, and the USA – to capture footage of Drax employees in action, spanning multiple time zones and work environments.
