In today’s competitive job market, standing out as an employer of choice matters more than ever. To attract top talent, companies need to communicate their values, culture and real employee experiences in a compelling way. Drax asked us to create a hero video for their EVP campaign that would celebrate their diverse workforce and show what life at Drax is really like across their global locations.
We knew the strongest way to do this was through genuine employee voices. Working closely with the Drax team, we developed a script built around authentic stories and planned a production that took us across four countries — England, Scotland, Canada and the USA — capturing employees in action across different time zones, roles and environments.
