We were proud to be invited to City Hall to capture a standout event celebrating the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard—an initiative that recognises employers who are committed to fair pay, inclusive workplaces, and supporting their teams to thrive. The event brought together a diverse group of London employers who have pledged to build a better, fairer economy. Our brief was to create a highlights video that reflected the positive energy and purpose behind the day, showcasing the inspirational moments that unfolded throughout.
Our creative approach focused on capturing the event’s heart: the people. Using a discreet, fly-on-the-wall filming style, we aimed to document authentic, candid moments between attendees, employers connecting, sharing experiences, and learning from one another. The event featured an impressive lineup including the Deputy Mayor for Business and Growth, industry-leading speakers, live musical performances, practical workshops, and a shared lunch. To complement the visual storytelling, we also captured vox pop interviews with guests, gathering genuine reflections and responses about the value of the event and the importance of the Good Work Standard.
